Therapy provides a safe space to talk through challenges, understand patterns in your life, and develop tools for managing stress, emotions, and relationships. Many people find that therapy helps them gain clarity, build resilience, and create healthier ways of coping.
Our therapists support individuals, couples, and families with challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting difficulties, and life transitions.
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know your therapist and share what brings you to therapy. Together, you’ll discuss your goals, background, and what you hope to gain from the process so your therapist can recommend a path forward.
Love Your Story Therapy operates as a private-pay practice. However, some clients may be able to use out-of-network benefits or reimbursement options depending on their insurance plan.
Yes. Online therapy allows you to meet with your therapist securely from home while receiving the same professional support as in-person sessions. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and convenience of virtual therapy.
Getting started is simple. Begin by filling out the “Get Matched with a Therapist” form on our website. This helps our team understand your needs, preferences, and what you’re hoping to work on in therapy.
Once we receive your information, we’ll connect you with a therapist from our team who is a good fit for your goals and schedule. From there, you’ll be able to book your first session either in-person at our Burlingame office or online from anywhere in California.
Your first session will focus on getting to know you, understanding what’s bringing you to therapy, and discussing the next steps for moving forward.
Fantastic! Brady does an excellent job of helping me identify the core issues bothering me and helping me treat these areas. I’ve had great success using the techniques he taught me and feel more at peace and comfortable with my past and present. I highly recommend Brady to anybody who needs somebody to talk to in therapy.

Brady is truly an amazing leader and counselor. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to change their lives and seeking freedom. He is empathetic, kind and seeks to understand those he serves. As I met with Brady for sessions, and was part of a team he lead, I learned about what grace truly means and how to give grace to others. Under his guidance and leadership I became a better person and a much better leader.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step — but you don’t have to do it alone.
At Love Your Story Therapy, we help connect you with a therapist who understands your goals, your challenges, and your values.
Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, or family challenges, our team is here to help you move toward healing and growth.
